Welcome to Lakeside Village Resort at Ski Lake, located
in Huntsville Utah, on the shores of Pineview Lake. Our community is
situated in a country setting, closest to Snowbasin Ski Resort, with easy
access to Powder Mountain, Ogden and Salt Lake City. Our HOA is in is
ninth year and our community has grown to 33 units with 8 more units to be
dedicated in December of 2003. All homeowners are invited to participate
in making our website informative and helpful to all of our owners.

- HOA Management Teams' Mission
Statement:
- The Management Team works diligently to
ensure that the Lakeside Village Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is
well organized, adequately funded and operating within the Covenants,
Controls and Restrictions (CC&R) of Lakeside Village and the Utah
Condominium Homeownership Act.
- Your HOA Management Team are homeowners
elected to office. These volunteer positions are a vital part of
our community. Anyone interested in being on the ballot for a
position on the Management Team should contact a current member.
- Next Annual meeting is scheduled for
January 2004.

My husband
John and I are semi-retired business owners. We have 2 children,
Angela(26) and Ryan(28). Although I grew up in New York,
when John and I married we moved to his home state of New
Hampshire to raise our children, run our software engineering
business and ski. Once our kids were on their own, we sold our
business and we moved to
Utah to enjoy the great skiing and climate. We started
another business while living in Park City and continue to grow
our small business of vacation rental management here in the Ogden
Valley. |

I’ve
been a resident at Lakeside Village since January of 2002. I live
in unit #24 and love soaking in the views of Snowbasin and
Pineview Reservoir. I am a fund-raising consultant with churches
and church-based service agencies and I travel extensively – so
it’s always a treat to come home to the beautiful Ogden Valley.
I love snow skiing, water skiing, mountain biking and
riding my Harley, so I couldn’t be in a better place!
I have two children – Erik (24) and his wife Shannon who
live in Frisco, TX and Krista (19) a student at Texas Christian
University in Ft. Worth, TX.
I’m engaged to Cindy Carroll who also loves the beauty of
the Ogden Valley…we’ll be married March 20th. |

* Chose to live here for the numerous opportunities of road
biking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, resort
skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking...endless list, actually. And so
close...Most are accessible
from my condo, the rest accessible within 10 minutes!
Full moon cross-country skiing to the "STAR" a must.
That pretty much sums up my life.
