Most of the the Management Team met over the Labor Day weekend and put together a response to Brent's latest email. We have given this response to Brent and Shantele.  Through phone conversations with Brent and a meeting with Shantele, we are hopeful of a successful outcome.  We have put together an action item list and we are working through these items with Legacy.

 

In an effort to make more information available to homeowners, we have a new website www.LakesideHOA.org.  This site will contain financials, budgets, reserve study, meeting minutes, photos, action item lists, etc.  We hope to have the site up by the 15th of September.  Some items will take a little more time to post.  For any new homeowners who did not receive the financials, budget or reserve study, prior to closing, please give us a call (801-745-2418) and we will mail you a packet.
